Design Partners is a Melbourne-based building services design consultancy specialising in hydraulic design, mechanical systems design, fire services design, project management and compliance documentation for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Founded in 2025 by Thai Te, Design Partners brings together technical design knowledge and hands-on construction experience to deliver practical, accurate and compliant documentation across Victoria.
Thai began his career in 2017 at a tier-one plumbing company, gaining more than eight years of experience across plumbing, construction and hydraulic systems. This background gives Design Partners a strong understanding of how design decisions translate on site, from early planning through to project delivery.
Today, Design Partners supports builders, architects, consultants and developers with reliable engineering design services, clear communication and project-focused solutions. With more than 40 major projects delivered across Victoria, the business is recognised for responsive coordination, technical accuracy and documentation that supports efficient construction outcomes.
