Design Partners was founded in 2025 by Thai Te, a hydraulic designer with a strong passion for innovation and excellence in construction.
Thai began his career in 2017 at a tier-one plumbing company, gaining more than eight years of hands-on experience across plumbing and construction.
During this time, he built a reputation for technical expertise in hydraulic design, precision and attention to detail, and delivering high-quality outcomes across diverse projects.
Today, Thai leads Design Partners as a consultancy dedicated to setting new standards in hydraulic design and project management.
With over 40 major projects delivered across Victoria, the business is recognised for quality and efficiency in project execution, a client-focused and collaborative approach, and consistent delivery that exceeds expectations.
